I ran out of shingles yesterday and had to go out and buy more gray cardstock and cut another batch on the Cricut. Here's a picture of the machine at work. After these little shingle lines are cut the machine will cut long vertical lines, defining the shingle strip.

I spent some time adding shingles to the roof this morning. Here's an in progress picture.

Thanks, Rob. Like you, I don't like to do shingles, but they are right there on top of the building where everyone sees them, so you have to spend time on them.

I've finished the roof and roof structures. The next step is the loading dock.

George, the roof looks great. The vents certainly add character to it. A change from just the normal stacks & chimneys we see on most structures.

Thanks, Larry. The Cricut is a handy tool. In some cases it saves a lot of ordering and waiting time.
Thanks, Rob and Mike. I found the cooling towers and elevator structures on some of the ice houses when I searched the internet. I had to add them to add something to the plain roof.

One nice looking structure. That color combination gives that ice house a "cool" look.
