Will here I am installing decoders and the engine stops responding to commands. No short alarm from the command station but, no sound,or movement from the engine. I try the "Quarter test" and I get the short alarm. I try a factory DCC engine and get nothing. Checking the Command station I see the track light is not lit. So I turn it on and still nothing from the engine. I thought I fried the command station!
I use Digitrak. Through their WEB page I sent their support desk a Email. The next morning they lead me through trouble Shooting my system.

Bottom line, It turned out to be a problem in my Atlas turntable!

Man, I was so relieved!

I use digitrax and having trouble with some cream city turnouts, short when switched to the diverging route (dead short). Not sure how to cure? Currently using ME turnout that work perfectly.

Glad your squared away!

Bob,

I知 glad it turned out well for you. Also, I知 curious about the problem because coincidentally I知 about to install an old Atlas turntable temporarily and I use DCC. Any words of wisdom?

Mike

Mike, you do need to use an auto-reverse with it.

I don't know what the problem is with mine. I hope to look at it today Now that both engines are running.

Bob
