Ok I have tried all afternoon to get this thing off and its not budging......I have removed every screw I can see, the Bachmann diagrams are ZERO help,,,,how does this silly thing come off???? Help!!!!!

I removed one recently...but only 1 so it's hard to remember. I used the BMann diagrams as you mentioned. It did stick a bit as I recall and did not come off easily. May have been the seat box holding it together.

There are 3 cab screws, and boiler screw, that need to be taken off to remove the cab and boiler, "the cab has a lip under the boiler, which is why they both need to come off". The front 2 cab door handrails need
to be popped out of the frame as well.
