I heard the sad news this morning about the passing of Tom Petty.
Only 66 years young, he is a legend already in the Rock & Roll world.
Rest in peace, Tom.

Tom Petty, born in Gainesville, Florida. Saw him many times with his various bands and with Bob Dylan. Maybe the best rock n roll band in the USA. Can't say North America because that would include Canada, than I would argue that The Band would be the greatest RnR band. Also America could be south and central. Than we would have Bob Marley.
Mr. Petty RIP

Hi John, An other Florida forum member. Lynch Mob will be part of the Monsters of Rock Cruise Feb. 11 to Feb. 16th. Miami.
Very good friend of mine took her son and daughter to see them in Seattle. I think it was June of this year. Suzanne said the did quite a few Dokken covers. I always loved seeing AC/DC live. So much fun. Those about to rock we salute you.
Hair bands, I'm hip.

Hello Martin,
Being a huge fan of Pink Floyd, Pat Metheny, Radiohead, and Husker Du, you knew I would love this band. I have Black Science and Immunity. One of the few bands I never seen live. Got time though.
Progress on!

Wow, I didn't realize that "Blueberry Hill" was originally a big band song from 1940.

I was intrigued by this music from a beer commercial that I heard, but had no idea who it was.
It's by a band called "Khruangbin" and the song is named "The Number 4"
Very relaxing, and very cool 60's sounding, enjoy!
