No, but it wouldn't matter the river is upstream from that dam. Now if they opened the dam on Lake Nantahala......................

Well I decided Bruce's homestead looked to white/bland/plain, so I am painting the shutters black. Don't even want to say how much fun it is masking off those tiny suckers (almost as much as glazing 150 plus windows ).
