Well I got the bridge area pretty much done but after looking at these pics I see a couple of things that still need to be done .

Nice, mike. The camera has a way of keeping you honest.

Nice scene! Yeah, the digital camera is a combination of handy tool and torture device ... but it's better than paying to have film developed only to find those things too late.

Cheers,

Any "Catt" fish in that creek?

I just can't seem to get motivated to do the Z creek for some reason.

Some progress shots on the trailer area, nowhere done yet. The big green plants to the right of the trailer are tobbaco plants. On an earlier version of this layout when I had 400 of em' in a field they looked passable. With only a couple dozen not so much. I ordered in some corn and will see how that works before deciding what stays there. The creek bank still isn't done and the veggie patch is just started.

Mike your layout is coming along beautifully, I love a layout with lots of bridges, creeks and foilage and yours rates right up there.

Fantastic scene, Mike... I really admire your color's on the hillsides. (Are you still using the chalks for color on your plaster?)

As mentioned before I wasn't too happy with the tobacco plants so I ordered in some corn plants. I still need to tweak the foilage as some leaves are laid down to far and others are too tight against the stalk but I already like them better than the tobacco plants so they will be staying. First pic is the tobacco then the corn.

I like your corn better than the 'ta-baccy, Mike.

By the way... your corn crop still looks way better than any corn around here, as all of our corn has burnt up in the fields due to the drought.

Today is our 85th straight day with no rain!!!
