  • Friday morning lounge

Good morning all, from cool and dark N.E. Indiana. The coffee urn is READY with 1899 Smoke Box blend ( never mind the freshness date ). The special is French toast and Canadian bacon. Leaded and unleaded syrup. Oatmeal pot has a little left in it. All other drinks are at the end pf the line.

It rained most of yesterday, and watched a bunch of youtube videos on Anyrail 6. I'm losing brain cells faster than hair. More of that today.

    Have a Super day!

Heading up to the Harrisburg O Narrow meet in a few hours........got deliveries to make and I suspect a good walk about the tables to get my steps in before heading home. Got to get set up for an all morning NMRA clinic once home.

But 1st, several cups of coffee at to be consumed and some attainment of consciousness might be in order after a morning of heating pad for the back.

Got a stack of NMRA work to shuffle through as well, .

    So it goes........

Good morning from S.E. Michigan where the sun is shining and it dipped down to 49 last night. The good news is that it should stay sunny all day and eventually reach the mid-70s later on.

Once the grass dries out I will be mowing the lawn. We got a pretty heavy shower last evening, so the drying out could take a while.

I try to post a new video to my YouTube Channel each Friday, so I will upload Part II of the Roundhouse Tank Engine build today.

      Have a great day!

Sun here on the Midwest Central side of the state that is supposed to become covered up by early afternoon. Saw the rain Bruce had on the radar yesterday evening but it shied away from us.

The lawn has a couple more days on it before a trim is due…as do I

No big plans today. Working in the shop I made a small metal project playing with the new welding equipment and grinder. Ran into 2 cans of paint that ran out before I got paint down. A grinder and paint make me the welder I ain’t…

No big plans for today. Try to catch Bruce’s video soon.

Everyone have a good day, Jim’s UN breakfast will be a start.

Good morning. It's 59F and sunny in northern WV. You guys have reminded me that I should get out and mow today.

Yesterday I ordered some drill bits to be delivered to a local Lowe's for me to pick up. We'll see how that goes. I also accomplished some work on the barn I'm building for my module. The evening saw me in a Zoom meeting for the NMRA regional convention in Pittsburgh next year.

Today I'll try to work on the barn some more, perhaps finish a side or two.

          See you down the track.

          Mike

Good morning Guys, and all incoming crew. Thanks for opening up the lounge as usual Jim. Coffee, it is the best way as we all know to start off the day.

67 and sunny here in Rhode Island today. We are going to see 80 degrees by noon I guess from what I'm hearing. I too had rain yesterday most of the day.

The new Critter project in the logging and mining section is going along quite well now for those interested. Thanks to those that have been following along.

Everyone have a great, safe and healthy day. I'll see you all on the RR-L Forum.

A late good morning, Jim and crew. I've been doing some yardwork and running errands this morning. We're supposed to stay in the 70's today, so the house is opened up.

I'm done with my cassettes, so I need to clear the workbench for the next project. Whatever that's going to be, it's going to be something more fun than cassettes.

              Have a good day.
