Good morning crew, readers, and lurkers, from 55f and clear N.E. Indiana. The coffee urn has flashed READY with Gandy Dancer blend. The special is French toast and Canadian bacon, Oatmeal pot and cold cereal, at the end of the line with the other beverages.

Today will be interesting. I'm heading over to my buddies house to work on some layout projects. This is the first time since the week before last Christmas, that I'll be flying solo. I've been looking forward to it for months.

Yesterday was mostly reading and about 20 minutes of mowing on the orange machine over an area that had finally dried out enough.

    Have a Super day!

Good morning Jim and the rest of the crew. It is 55 degrees and heading just above 70 later today. After rain last evening and over night, the sun is now coming out. After some drying, I will plant my dahlia tubers.

    Some modeling time later on.

    Jim, enjoy your solo trip!

    Have a great day!

On my 2nd cup of coffee and still not fully aware or conscious.......dreary out and all sorts of hand waving about afternoon storms.....have to clear the deck of potential flying stuff.

Got to run a few errands this morning and get some office work off my desks today. Got to pack up eBay sales, too......

Maybe get a little progress on my two tank cars today, if only so I can feel like something was accomplished. Nice to see my dark orange azalea out in bloom and the white peonies. All of those are going to have to dug up later this year and split out - give 1/3 of all to two neighbors; might do the same with the irises; turning onto weeds!

Good morning. Thank you for opening Jim. Must feel good to be back in the saddle.

We have rain; looks like it will be an all day occurrence. If I get out at all it will be to pull weeds. Iris are coming along well.

        Have a great day.

Cool with some drizzle in SE NH, more seasonal compared to the heat late last week... No lunar eclipse last night, we got clouds and then a line of thunderstorms late evening. We need the rain, though, particularly after I planted stuff on Saturday.

I airbrushed some flat finish on the decalled B&M boxcars, but it's not quite flat enough. I have another finish to try once it arrives. The car bodies are nice and flat, but the decals still have a bit of shine.

Nearly 30 degree temp drop with overnight rain that’s now gone….dazzling bright solar sphere in the sky.. Things calling my name but not until after my bowl of steel cut oats now simmering.

Zero accomplishment yesterday, , s’ ok! Visited with friends last evening.

Stuff to do but not as well defined as Bruce or Martin

            Enjoy the day all…be safe.

Good morning guys, and all incoming crew. Thanks for opening up the lounge as usual Jim. It is the best way to start off the day.

60 degrees and sunny here in Rhode Island today. Rain expected in the forecast.

Not much news for today at my end, so until next time!

Everyone have a great, safe and healthy day ahead. I'll see you all on the RR-L Forum.

Good morning Crew. Jim thanks for opening and don’t over do it. I will know Thursday when I can drive again

Beautifully sunny out but we may barely break 70.

No plans for the day other then a drive out as a passenger to the airport with the son and friends. They are heading to KC for tonight and back to Austin tomorrow.

Good morning, Jim and crew. Tidewater Virginia is back to normal weather - sunshine and temps in the low 80's. I just returned from a visit with the barber and a stop at Costco. I have some yard work to do and later the train room.

Jim, I'm sure you're happy to be running free. Have fun.

                  Have a good day.

                    Good Afternoon, All!

64, headed all the way to 67 today here in the northern mitten, with Karl's White Orb reigning supreme up in George's (and my) playground. Fabulous lunar eclipse last night... somewhere... we had some stars and an immediate grey blanket over all. Such is life.

Good to see Jim back to the Free Range category! Watch out, World!

Progress on the railroad yesterday, some projects lined up for today, but a trip to the propane place for a tank refill and some repair parts is now ahead of all of the fun stuff. Make it a great day, All, and stay safe!
