    Good morning folks,

Karl, thanks for coffee and breakfast. Grits, mmmm.

Rick, good luck with the doctor visits. Hope you feel better soon and enjoy your vacation.

Jerry, thank for kicking off the new lounge.

Its cold here today at 47F rising to 57F this afternoon. Cloudy but no rain. Leaves are just barely starting to turn.

We are moving by the end of the month to Georgia, just south of Atlanta. We lived there for about 10 years when I was in the army. I love the area, so much to do. The traffic was as bad as Washington DC, so we'll stay out of Atlanta. When we purchase a new home, one of the requirements is for a bonus room (usually the size of a garage) or a basement for my hobbies.

Cardio rehab was good this morning, harder than normal. I have a long list of todo's today and plan on attending the Texas Western biz meeting tonight to say so long to so many friends.

    Have fun and stay safe,
    mike

Jerry, thanks for opening the new lounge.
We didn't hit 100 pages though.

Doesn't matter and I was able to lock the old thread.

          Good Afternoon,

Jerry thanks for opening the new lounge; I'm sure it'll be as nice as the last one.
          How goes the modeling?

Mike boy when you get ready to move you don't mess around...month's end is
quick. Just think by the first of the year you may be modeling once again.

Rick I was wondering when a new lounge would show up. Is there a 100
page limit to threads; just curious.

To the rest of the Crew enjoy the rest of your day.

A heavy frost this am @30 degrees and a high of 45. Well finished the kitchen ceiling
and cut everything in. May second coat a small area tomorrow. Not as young as I
used to be; I'm pooped. No bench time today and definitely take out for dinner.

Enjoy the rest of your day. Be safe and stay healthy.

Sorry if I jumped the gun! I'll try to slow down the next time!

              Evening everyone

Fire is going just to take the chill off 39 here in South Jersey.

The bar is all set up. I'm going to have a Four Roses rye tonight.

I see the new TV is here Rick ordered just so he could watch the Redskins & Jets play on Sunday!!
The kitchen is new this time around.

Well I'm going to sit back by the fire and have my drink!
I'll throw a couple of logs on for Rick in the morning. Hoping he feels better.

If your around please join me.
              Jerry

                Good morning everyone.

Coffee, hot water for tea and an assortment of cold sodas are ready for consumption.

Sunny, with a high near 52.

Jerry, like I already said, it doesn't matter.

Larry, there are threads around here with more than 100 pages.
I can't remember exactly why we started doing it here at the lounge but I think it had to do with trying to make it easier if we had to search for something.

Mike, end of month move date is fast.

Karl, Tom, Philip, Ron, BigLars, Kyle and anyone else peeking in, let us know what you're up to.

New TV to watch football but same ole results for the Jets.
For some reason the defense forgot how to play and yet another QB injury.

Feeling about the same as yesterday but it's still early.
Spoke with the doctor and he thinks it's probably just a sinus issue.
Since there's no signs of infection he didn't prescribe anything.
Real tired of blowing my nose though.

Going to take it easy today too.
I do have some chores to do.
Maybe if I feel better in the afternoon I'll do a nice easy bike ride.

                Have a great day everyone.

Friday morning and it's still dark as coal at 0741. That'll change Sunday, damn I hate this time of change, so dad-gummed early when it's dark in the afternoon. You eastcoaters must be ready for bed by 4 pm.

Mike, you've been busy! I have deep roots in GA, my folks met in Macon during WW-II, Dad was born in WI, but raised from early in Southern MI and my mother was from way down deep in the South of GA, cotton, p-nut and 'bacca farmin' country. 95% of childhood trips were back there as I grew up. Folks had friends in Macon we'd visit at times. It's been a dozen years since I was down that way. THAT area is still poor as can be. Have fun learning the language.

Did a tiny bit of work outside yesterday, was a bit chilly. Fueled up the Green Machine in prep of putting the snow blower on one of the next few days. I've a couple things still to do with the front bucket first, maybe. It will be determined by weather temps and travel plans.

Still learning video stuff, cut and pasted off and on thru the afternoon prepping another short u-tub shot and the software, Adobe Premiere Elements 2021, took a huge -s###- as I was trying to add some of their pre-recorded, crappy, music to the "project" so don't click on the following link: Nothing here, don't look, computers are so much fudging fun.com

Haircut and some tractor maintenance on tap for today if and when the sun comes up. The sound is off right now so I don't know the details on the weather report. 0% rain, it "they" say

Rick; hope you're better, lots of allergy and sinus bs around here this time of year. Farmers are back in the fields this week here so there is a ton of schmutz and fallout in the air blowing around. Muscinexish stuff and ibuprofen are about like a dish of mints.

Well, time to try and post this. Getting Invalid Server Response pop-up box.... Hmm, had to re-enter my sign-in stuff, it kicked me off while I was running my mouth so to speak....damn computers are funnnnn.....

                  Be well.

                    Morning everyone

Rick thanks for opening and the coffee.
                    Hope your feeling better today.

Fried egg sandwiches on Hard Roll with Taylor Ham. Cheese if you want it. Tater tots on side!

Weather in South Jersey 32 but sunny. Later 52.

Dr. appointment this am. New family Doc.

Work continues on the EH/MS. And time on the roof also.

                    Everyone have a great day!!

Good morning Rick, Karl, Jerry, and all incoming crew. Just the good old cup of brew will do to start the day with a chat.

Rick glad it turned out to be nothing to worry about. Sinus issues is something I know about twice a year.

It is 40 degrees and sunny this morning here in Rhode Island. Unusual warm, but than again, its been unusual all season this year.

Got a few 1:1 projects going on today so maybe no train time at the bench.

Everyone have a great, safe and healthy day ahead. See you all on the Forum.

Good morning Rick,Karl, Jerry, Louis and the rest of the gang who may come in later.

Thanks for the coffee Rick and the egg sandwiches Jerry.

Jerry, looking forward to your new engine house thread.

Karl, yes I read the edit notes and think, hey that always happens to me.

Another frosty morning (-3C. -27F) and another brisk walk with Gracie, at least the sun is shining.

Love the smell of fresh paint , does Tom's socks still make the trip to the new lounges or have they finally given up the ghost?

No modeling last night but I did spend the evening moving in the modeling room and put away two crates of kits and other sundries in the modeling room. Seeing that I am off today, I will probably set up my 3d printers, and move my power modeling tools into the room . Have a mini chop saw, table saw and grinder, I guess you can say I have a mini workshop. Should be able to do some modeling tonight.

                        Have a great day everyone.

Good morning Crew, it’s 3:50am as I write this in Paradise. Since I am on the sleep break scheduled by being older I found the other night ifI get on a computer it helps me go back to sleep for a few more hours. Well that’s my story line and I am keeping to it.

Karl, don’t throw your computer against the wall. I can personally tell you, it doesn’t help.

Mike, moving is good for the soul and revigorates life. You are definitely going from laidback to lively. Happy for you.

Rick, sinus issue is better then the Covid.

Terry and I have hair appointments at the same place this morning. Not many hairstylists on Maui so the reservations are like 2-3 months out normally. We happened to find a lady the other day who happened to have 2 cancellations for today and called last night to schedule us. I am afraid what a haircut may cost me!

My brother threw a 40th birthday party for our daughter last night. 32 of us had a great time.

Now, THAT's funny, got a daughter with very little humo(u) that might actually smile, slightly at that....she's a fan of the critter and we tell stories about the other....only when she's not around, NO smiles from them I'm sure.

Happy to be back. Things have been a somewhat of a mess around here. About a month ago over a 2 week span we lost 5 friends/relatives. Other than that a little modeling mostly for a friend who has a G and N scale layouts. I built a few kits for him in each scale. I have never worked in N and glad I don't have to any more. I will try to be around more. Can any one tell me how to post a picture?
