Rick, I think that is what I missed the most about the forum, the sharing of ideas.

Larry, glad to be back at it.

Ron, the structure looks terrific. I like the colors of the siding. Can't wait to see it detailed in situ. ~mike

Great building with a lot of character! It must be well constructed to withstand all that moving.

I like the old machinery and the plans on the desk. Look forward to further development.

One of the detail parts that came with the kit is a forge that I had previously hollowed out, painted and detailed. The goal is to show the coals glowing in the forge.

I took a small circuit board and cut it to fit inside the forge. Orange LEDS and 1K resisters were used for this so that it will run on 12 volts.

Success, no wiring errors, the LES's work.

The PC board installed in the forge, I think it gives the desired effect. A #76 drill was used to make some holes through the top to let the light out. I just hope that when it is installed you will be able to see it.

I also doing the details that will go around the forge. Here we have the vice and anvil. The vice and anvil was coloured with "Blackin It". Strapping needs to be added and rust effects added.

I also found some castings that I have already painted.

Some more painted details, looks like I have a decent start there.

I see some parts from all those electronics drawers.
Very nice effect with those coals.
And you definitely have a good start on some very nicely painted details.
