I DID NOT find out the name of the modeler who created this beautiful work on a module. It was done in HOn30, and on display at the NCR Convention 10/23/2021. It was even more fantastic in person.

Thanks for sharing Jim, like Pete said that's Sam Swanson's "Windes Inlet Waterfront" Pete knows his modelers.
Sam showed his builds in the Gazette magazine during the 2011 thru 2013 time frame. He is an outstanding modeler and he was my biggest interest in the Gazette modeling.

There was also a full build article of this structure in the Aug 2010 NMRA magazine. I have this article
And the really amazing thing is, this structure is not made of wood.
Sam used cast urethane plastic for the walls & roof. But with painting and weathering you'd swear it was wood.

Sam's work is always fantastic. He did several clinics at the NCR convention where he described how he does it.
