        Bought the desk at goodwill for 20 bucks awhile back its solid Oak made the back out of left over Lumber I had and paint. Cut up some plastic tubes I had 8 inchs long for storage of some wood. Now just have to sortout all my detail parts and other junk,,,,,,,and Yes the handles were that color when I bought the Desk

            Craig, good deal on the desk, and it looks great. Dealing with wood has always been a dilemma for me. I am interested in your setup. Where will you mount the tubes for wood ~ mike

              Craig are they PVC tubes??
