    I guess you are in a pickle. Like me when I want something, they are out of stock, or don't make it anymore.
    I've got an HO scale version, and from the looks of it, it would be easy enough to make your own in O scale. Start with a railroad handcar for your wheels and frame. Build up the rest from there. Just my 2 cents worth.

        Unless you have to have the exact laborer Philip, there is a brakeman holding on figure that would substitute.
        I didn't read the first post where you just need the figure. I thought you needed the whole thing. Seems like that figure is as hard to find as the carts.
