Is there a way to mark all posts read? So that when you select the "New Topics" button you only see the "New" ones since your last visit.

Dan, try this out.
when you click on New Topics you'll see the list of topics.
All the way to the right is the New Post column.
Under the members name that made the last post is when they made that post.
To the right is a little blue box.
Click that and it will go to the last post made.
It's not the last post you read but it probably won't be far off.
