im taking a short break for the holiday weekend but i will be happy to help the other folks trying to get back in ... if you might relay to anyone having a problem just to email webmaster@railroad-line.com

At this point all members need some kind of help. So thanks Bernd for being one to offer the help needed. There is a lot of confusion now, and a big learning curve for many old timers like myself. You helped me as well.
I just read MRH and Bernd I think you’ve done all you can for him.

Well it was a thought. Seems to me if you didn't enter an e-mail in your profile on the old forum then you won't get an e-mail for the new to reset your password. I figured if I put that info out maybe a few others will try again. Thanks Tom.
I've come across several postings on other forums that they didn't receive an e-mail following the instructions on logging back on. Two possible problems, they never entered their e-mail address in the old forum or they changed e-mail address or e-mail providers and didn't update their info. I told one guy to use the "sign up" to renew his log in password.
