Tim's is great for a morning coffee, but even the competition has lineups... :-)

I don't know if we could model this coffee shop without getting a lot of flack.

Seems like whatever time of day you go to the local Tim Hortons, even at 3 AM, there's a line at the drive-through.

I haven't seen a Donutland in about 20 years, first Dunkin Donuts came and chased all the Donutlands away and then Tim's got rid of the DD's. Now Krispy Kreme is trying to do the same. Nobody knows donuts like canadian hockey players though.

Terry, that is now two keyboards!!! I will be sending you out an invoice for the latest wrecked keyboard when I accidently laughed up my evening tea on to it!!! After your Walmart experience, this is just too funny. Man I hate those ruddy drive through speaker things. Too funny

Nothing beats Tims, Krispy Kremes suck! Too bad our American friends don't have the pleasure - or maybe they do - is Tims into the US yet??? They must be somewhere. Great coffee, and those glazed cinnimon buns - just to die for.....just too hard to resist.

Gotta run, the Trailer Park Boys Christmas Special is on in half an hour and there is no way I want to miss that. There is Canadian culture at its best!!![:-angel]

Yup we have Tim's in the US, They've been in Buffalo since the 70's. Probably because Tim was playing for the Sabres at the time.

They have started building Tim's/Wendy's combos here now. Mmmm, a nice wendy's triple and a donut to wash it down, doesn't get much better.

I went through the Belle River one ONCE , for an Ice Cap in the summer . I think the line holds 3 cars before you spill out onto the street .

BTW , Jim , did you see where the local Krispy Kreme went tits up ? Go figure ! I hear they still sell them at WallMart ....probably now handled by those same two women that I had the 'adventure' with when buying tree foliage for my ' Toy Trains '

Here you go guys, a shot from the Muskoka Model Railroad Club's N Scale Portable "show" layout.

Although the photo is not good, the sign on the building says Tim Horton's (taken from a sugar packet).

Hey , Will , maybe you should have about 10 'black and white' N scale cars in Tim's just for a fun picture .

I expect that all the lp's from that background area frequent TH's quite regularly !

Well, that is not a good picture, but there are 2 Black and white police cars, the two all black cars have red lights on top (we have since painted them into black and white units). Also the 2 trucks are public works vehicles.

Just for the people that didn't know - Tim Hortons is owned by Wendy's. It is an American franchise.

We do seem to have more stores in Canada but that maybe because we eat more donuts the our American freinds.
