    John,

I recently talked with Dick Samuals who owns the OPR, Oregon Pacific Railroad. He might have some background information for you concerning SP the Canby area. He will be closing down his railroad service from Canby to Mololla around the first of the year (04). Now would be a good opportunity to take some pictures of this shortline before the tracks are removed. Dick's roundhouse is located just off OCHOCO St in Milwaukie. He is very friendly and would enjoy helping you.
