Good Morning, Crew! Finally made it to Friday.

Congrats, Deb. Your humor and outlook are very appreciated. What a gang of new guys! Welcome aboard. Looks like we're gonna need another coffee washtub. It's also gettin' harder to find donuts what ain't been licked clean. I even seen sumbody with a straw suckin' the jelly out of the filled ones.

Weren't no straw, Jack! That was a temperature gauge! Can't let the jelly get cold, after all!

And as for takin' my favorite railroader to lunch, come to think of it, I haven't even begun work on the local version of "Nelson's Break Room" (besides which, this one's likely to turn up as a corner tavern) so I guess that's a rain-check all the way around?

              G'mornin', all!

              -- Paul

P.S. Hey, Don, I don't suppose the war turned out any differently this time on PBS . . . but the south still has the market cornered on good barbecue sauce!

                Good morning folks,

Need a strong hot cup this morning. Isidore is dropping some rain on us, but the major part of the storm is supposed to pass to the west of us.

                Congratulations Debbie.

                Welcome to all the newbies.

I hope everyone has a good day.

                      Hello again.

I need another cup, a donut, the jug, and a place to regain my sanity, er I mean my sense of humor.

I have just been dealing with too many morons at work this morning and I need a place of refuge right now before I go out and have another battle of wits with someone who is unarmed, but I need an approval from.

Time to hike up the boots. Wish me luck.

id=quote>id=quote>I suspect you've been listening to Jon Matthews. Oh, well "Civil War" is an oxymoron anyway. The south was right, and if a bunch of hotheads hadn't jumped the gun at Ft. Sumpter we might be living in a different world. I prefer to call the war for southern independence.
