      Hi Bob,

That's a good looking engine house! Thanks for posting the pics! (I thought Yellow Signal was N Scale).

      Bye now,

      David

Yes, he (yellow signal) is N scale. He was asking me about the E-house so I figured I post the pics here so the rest of you guys could enjoy them too.

The Baldwins are really starting to take over the CPEN branch. All VO1000's so far.

Thanks Bob, I really appreciate this, i can now finish the plans for the extension of my yard. I am planning to build my long expected diesel maintenance and refueling corner (3 tracks). I already ordered the e-house at ironhorsehobbies. I plan to attach the feeder wires (i believe that's what you call it) inside the building thus conceiling it.

I like the floodlights in front of the building.

And yes i am a N-scaler, but I wanted to see what Bob did with his building. The buildings from Rix in H0 and N seem to be the same, that's what matters.

Does anyone have pics of a refueling facility?

                    Erik,

Prototype or model? I have many pics of prototypical refueling areas.

I just ordered my 4 fueling racks from the discontinued Bachmann Plus kits all over the US. Thank God for dealers! They should be in by Wednesday. For a pic of them, goto walthers.com and type in their search box... 160-35112 I was also able to secure the following Bachmann Plus kits before they were all sold out:

                    3 Carshop

                    2 diesel maint facility

                    4 sanding tower

                    4 sanding rack

                    Whew! What a find!

Okay, nuff of my ranting. Going back to my project now, after I check the rest of the forum for updates. Working on my Walthers Auto Distrib Facility today. Later.

The only thing that I really need to do, after looking at my pics again, is to put some kind of floor in the e-house. Looks kind of goofy with grass growing inside of it.

Wolv: any picture(s) will do. I am thinking of asking one of our contractors if they ever built a refueling facility.

Bob: i was thinking the same thing, although i have seen buildings built over existing track to give that lokie some shelter.

I will post some of my BNSF fuel pad shots today in the BNSF forum.

                          Thanks.
