In Trains Magazine about two months ago, the mag documented a mining railroad in Ontario that was almost exclusively electric, although it was just about to dieselize. In a caption of one photograph, it mentioned that the RR wouldd donate, yes, for free, a locomotive to anyone that wanted one. Anyone know what that would involve?
