Because of all the time I spend on computer's at work I do not go onto the computer much at home and wouldn't be able to participate much in a chat room.

My only problem is most of the time I post from work when I take a break or lunch time. Big brother at work has locked us out of all chat rooms and most model railroad internet sites. For whatever reason they have missed RR-lines and atlas (I think they think they are real railroad sites and since we are a transportation agency...).

chat room??
who here thinks a chat room for us would be a good idea? i think it would be great to talk to y'all in real time. i am on IRC all the time, on undernet using the nickname NiteCrwlr. if you use irc i am always in #texans. i have just created the chat room #railroad-line, so if any of y'all use irc, stop by.
maybe we can set up some kind of permanent chat room somewhere. i am using dialup, so i am not connected all the time and i cant keep a chat room on the undernet unless i am connected all the time.
