    Industrial Loco Conversion

    Per my earlier post, here are some pics of my "open air" industrial loco conversion from HO to On30. Aiming for a quick, simple conversion.

    Looks good, Bill. I think this is going to make a good little switcher in On30.

      I like how your conversion is progressing. It brings to mind a small Plymouth I saw near a lime kiln operation last year:
