My name is John Weichert
I live in Indianapolis In ( at least 6 mo of the year)
I am new to the forum but excited about being a member.
I am modeling the Union Pacific division point in Ellis Kansas. I was born and raised in Ellis and worked vacations on the U.P. during my high school days.
My time frame is between 1925 and 1935.
I have a complete set of blue prints of all the buildings U.P. had in Ellis. There are some 20 -25 buildings.
I have a building that i plan to build the layout in as it will be some 55 ft long.
My present layout is on the third floor of my home. too many steps for these old knees
At present I am concentrating on building all of the building.
