    Rock Island paint

    Hey Fellas.

    I was wondering what paint I would use on the old Rock Island Blue and White scheme? Is there a color of blue that would be close to the blue that they used???? Thank you Kevin

    Kevin if you want to use Acrylics then start with Polyscale "GN Big Sky Blue" and add a little white to it till you get the color right I looked and was not able to find a match so you will have to mix it.

    Polyscale GN Big Sky Blue #414203

    Walther's # 270-414203

    And

    #414113 Reefer white

    270-414113

    You can also try

    B&M Blue #414245

    St Lawrence Blue #414364

    These as I said will have to be mixed with white to get the color you are looking for.

      I am thinking that Badger 165-1679 Modelflex Paint, Rock Island Blue may work as well.
