I have been asked a couple of times for more pics of my trestle, so here are some in progress pics from the beginning.
The trestle is based on Kinsol Trestle which crosses the Koksilah river in Canada. A friend posted pics on another forum and I built the trestle from those pics. (The actual pic in my signature I got after I had finished construction)I will throw in some proto pics I used as reference and guidance.
I started with the center river span, I made a simple jig using 1/8" square for the
legs, I cut all the cross bracing and everything else from sheet balsa.
once the center span was complete I made the rest of the bents (41 in total)

I built the trestle upside down which seemed easier.

Next I made the base for it to be incorporated into my 'still planned' future layout.

Formed the hardshell and added the backdrop.

The section shown is 7' x 5'and I will be redoing the backdrop as I used linoleum and
its not smooth enough or rigid enough.
This week I stained the trestle and have made around 200 trees for the dense surrounding forest.
I will post further progress pics if there is any interest.
