      Thanks Guys,

      I usually start off with a visual search (images in Google).

      If that doesn't work I just start typing in different combos of words.

      When you find the right combo, you start getting more and more info.

      I'll put some more pictures up later.

              This is a very interesting car for the building for sure. I've been fascinated with this thread from the start. Here are some hopefully better pictures handed to me by another tank car builder. Hope these help those interested.

              One Note: This modeler thinks he can print the parts needed for others to build their own car if interested. Just let me know, I'll pass on the requests.

                If he can do them in O scale, I'd be very interested, yes!

                    Super! Thanks! Just got some brass tank car ends this past Sat. and a brass dome in kit form.

                      Hi all,
                      Finally found a picture of what the GATX Dry-Flo tank car looked like in my original photo. Turns out it was right under my nose all this time.
                      I was re-looking thru a 1940 Railway Age and came across it! I just need to figure out the font and I'm set.
