New to the site but not the hobby!

Hi there, I've been looking in occasionally for a while and found posts which fit my modelling style so thought I should join up!

I've been making large scale models on and off for about twenty years as and when the mood takes me, I have a small display layout in various sections which I put parts of up in my spare room to work on or just run something backward and forward.

I support my local club by taking this to their annual show although that was cancelled last time due to the Covid situation.

I don't run anything straight out of the box, some of my models are completely scratch built and I think that's the part of the hobby I enjoy most.
