I love when you look through a large open door and spy something interesting like that set of shelves, Rob.

The barn walls are together, the corner trim is on, and the roof braces are in place. The roof is next.

Bruce: Nice work on the barn. Its coming along very nice. I like the gray siding. Is it just A/I?

Rob: You are making great progress on the boat house. I like all the details you are adding.

I hope to get started posting on my project later today.

              Rob,

That boat house is expanding, looking good!

              Bruce,

Some hefty beams! Siding doors and windows look great.

              Larry,

Those are the bomb! (I mean shells);-)

for my #1 challenge i built an o scale bar mills kit. springfield station. the kit took me five sessions of about two hours each, and tonight i glued the lps in so only these two shots because i can't move it right now. the figures came with the kit for an extra $5, and the wagon was a part of the kit.

my #8 is going to be scenikking a 2'x4' diorama. it's gonna be a while before i can start on that though, because i think i need another structure along the river.

                here's the station:

the stick is just holding the cart in place whilst the glue dries:

Larry the rolling stock turned out very well. That's a serious amount of ammo!

The basic tar paper roof (Kraft Paper) is on and roughed up a bit. Still needs a smoke vent and some weathering. I'm thinking about the sign I will make right now.

                            Impressive looking arsenal Larry. [:-timebm]

Kevin, a really lovely station. The baggage cart also looks great.

Bruce, nice job on the roof. looks like you'll be finished soon. Do you plan on another build then ?
                            Regards Rob

Mike & Scott, thanks for your following.

Before I enclosed the roof, i added some basic interior detail.

The Subroof is now on. Just used 5mm thick balsa sheet.

And have added some rafter tails to the ground floor overhang

                              And painted them

                              Regards Rob
