    Thanks Bruce.

    Cut & drilled the holes, and cut the piles to length.



    Piles inserted and glued in place. Had to make sure it was all level & straight.



    Next up the tedious task of adding all the extra joists and cross bracing.

          Thanks Bruce & George. I'm happy with how it's looking.

          All the bracing is on, and all painted and weathered.

          Still to fix up the waterline and add barnacles etc.

          Sure is a lot of work doing wharfs.

            Rob You're doing a fantastic job on this warehouse/dock built. I finding how you're building the wharf particularly helpful and interesting. I offer one observation. I'm not a fan of nail holes except on decking where the nail heads were 3/4" wide. Again I love your build.

                Bob thanks for the reminder about the nail holes. I had actually forgotten, and definitely need with this type of construction.

                So here's a boring update, to show I'm still going.

                And have started on the right side wharf section. A lot of work doing it board by board.

                          It's not much of an update, but these wharves are taking me longer than expected, and as no one else seems to be posting here anymore, I'm trying to keep this thread going.

                          So here's a little bit more progress.





                          4 different wharf sections in this one pic, so pavers, paperweights, pegs, anything to hold it all together whilst gluing.

                            Rob,

                            Excellent dock work!

                            I finished up the my bench work challenge.

                            Stained and painted all the parts. I am happy with how it turned out, now onto ground and track work!

                                Everyone is coming along great. All the projects look outstanding. My project has come to a complete stop. It won't be finished by the end of the month. I have been down with the Covid 19 for the last three weeks. I'm doing fine now but it takes a while to get over and just now starting to feel like myself.
