  • Kyle,

Your scene with dam looks very nice. Extremely realistic.

                • Kyle,

Doing a little work on the side-ing. Nice, now the workers won't be loading goods into the abyss.

                  • Kyle,

Like your little addition. I have added several and am surprised at how much they add to the layout.

                      • Always good to add to the layout if you have the room.

                          • Looks good, Kyle. Another industry to switch: excellent. More freight improves the bottom line.

                              • OK; RON, PHILLIP, SCOTT, ROLAND, JERRY, RICK, TYSON, MICHAEL, and LARRY C., Thanx to all of you for the much needed thoughts and remarks. Now, how about this option; instead of making the siding curve slightly before straightening out in order to run parallel to the edge of the shelf, make it straight and run at an angle towards the corner of the shelf. I think I have enough tracks running parallel to the edge of the layout on the lower portion to the left at GRIZZLY. It just seems to set the scene apart a little bit, and might make it more unique and thereby add "distance" to the overall effect; although the effect of 'distance' is not rendered very noticeable in these shots. ????????

P.S. There's plenty of room in the foreground to add a small bldg. or 2; also there will be a small rock formation behind and to the left of the yellow SCAVENGER INC. bldg. I want the view from the canyon side to be semi obscured so that as the train comes around the large rock formation called 'OL FLATHEAD' and crosses the steel arch bridge one feels as if the train is in a remote area?????
