Marc, I had to resize it several times to get the same proportions within the avatar box, but I think this is pretty close to the original. How's it look to you? (No pun intended...

Thanks Mike! looks great....sorry about the trouble....I measured your width, and assumed (we what people say about that)...it would fit if I kept it at the same horiz dim.
