Good morning all from warm and drizzling N.E. Indiana. The coffee urn is READY with MOW Blend today. The special is an egg, cheese, onion, and potato casserole. Just came out of the oven and we're ready to dish it out. Millie just came in from her morning routine, and will clean off the plates afterwards.

We're having MOW coffee in honor of the boneheaded move I accomplished yesterday. I fired up the orange goat, and was doing a quick clip job in the backyard. I picked up a pebble with the mower and launched it about 30 feet right into the tempered glass on the back storm door. 3 hours later....ya, it wasn't great.

It is a slick arrangement where the glass is stored inside the door, and the screen is above in a recoiled hidden area. It's only available as an assembly, glass cannot be repaired. So, I'll be waiting for the Brown truck. It is amazing how many times I make work for myself. Moral: let the grass grow, take that irritable goat off your neighbors hands. :erm:

The rain will keep me safe today. I can go to the cave and continue on my Jordan 1923 Mack Dump truck. Now, where did I leave that scalpel?

    Have a Super day!

Good morning Jim and crew, thanks again for opening up the day with breakfast for the gang.

It is a sunny day here in Rhode Island. Waiting for the people to change out the motor in my emergency generator today.

As far as your scalpel goes, check your wrist before you have a major problem there.

You don't even mess with a number 11 X-Acto, you go straight to a Doctors type blade.

Well everyone have a safe and healthy day ahead of you. And I'll see you all on the Forum.

More work on my Saw Filer Sack this morning.

Good morning, Jim, Louis and crew. I was going to cut the grass this morning, but Jim's experience has me convinced to let it grow.

We're looking like rain, here in Tidewater Virginia. I have some outdoor things I want to do, but if the rain comes, I'll adjust and be at the workbench.

      Have a good day.

Good morning Jim and the rest of the crew. It is 45 degrees and raining here in S.E. Michigan.

I have a 5' wide border between my lawn and the fence the farmer has around his hay field. It is a long time property border that has some impressively large trees growing in it. It also had an equally impressive growth of berry bushes going. Last year I cleared about 2/3rds the length of it, and yesterday I tackled that last third. I found out that 2 hours of loosening the soil and yanking berry bushes out by the roots is about all the fun I can handle at my age Anyway, I'm glad that I have a rain enforced day off!

Some work on the oil derrick and the new (model) barn build is on the agenda.

Jim, years ago my mower picked up a rock and flung it into the rear door panel of my car sitting which was parked in the driveway. At least I knew the origin of that particular dent.

        Have a great day!

Good morning from a drenched So. Central Wisconsin where the State Supreme Court declared the state open. A supposedly non political court followed their party lines. The bars the TV says were packed last night after the ruling came down. Now some counties are issuing Safer at Home type mandates and will be using the local health departments to close bars and restaurants. The news will be worth watching the next few days as will the hospital numbers.

The rain started around 9pm and was still raining at 5:30 this morning. The weather guy said almost 2” overnight and should end around 9 this morning even though I believe it is over already. More rain is scheduled tonight. Strange house, the rain and Terry coughing didn’t allow me a decent night sleep, but I can nap later. Not sure what today’s adventures will be but we won’t be eating out anywhere.

Mower stories: cutting the grass up north after finishing noticed one of the lower level screens had a rip. Checked it out inside and also found the glass had a 1x3” hole in it. I found the rock about 40’ away embedded into the drywall barely peeking out.

Dark, dark overcast with bowling alley sound effects module playout, I think that was a 7-10 split just now...images of cows and flat rocks

We clipped the lawn yesterday and prepped the Ford Tractor for some disk work, the old garden will become more lawn. Always something to do. Not today, tho.

Another day of lovin' the lockdown. News these days in NEVER worth watching, so much hate and dissent and a Governess who has won the title of Miss Condescention sounding like a 3rd grade teacher threatening school kids and taking away recess.

Everyone have a safe, healthy day.[:-disguise]

If you didn't finish the final 1/3, get a nylon tow strap, wrap it around the base of those bushes, tie a secure knot. Take the loose end of the tow strap and hook it to the back of the Kubota and pull those bushes out with a smile on your face.
