I have a couple, I haven't built any yet. (I got one to rework as a mill building and decided to go in a different direction.) The kits look very nice, the parts are cut precisely and the instructions look pretty well done.

John, I have built that Southside Hotel kit, and enjoyed it very much!

I recently finished that hotel. The laser cutting is so accurate the window inserts do not need glue. It was a fun build. I'm currently connecting wiring so a bunch of the rooms will have on and off lighting sequences through an Arduino. I also have one room with a HO scale TV which will hopefully flicker. I still have to do the Arduino coding for that.
