    • Fred, You mentioned above that you have some fancy work to do for the top tower? The whole building is fancy work to me !! Fantastic modeling.

        • Fred, that's a very beautiful looking house, that you have created there!

          • Thanks, Greg!!

If nothing else it's gotten much bigger.

I've temporarily removed the shutter from the small window to modify them a little. Things were too tight right there. Also, the sister house to this one has documented that it had a back porch that was later enclosed and used as a den. On this house, in the L, there an enclosed one story "room". I'm going with the assumption that something similar happened here, so there will be a porch there. Not as elaborate as the front porch.

                    • Thanks, TM and Frank !!

Now a long overdue update. I figured out the roofs (I think) on this thing. And have completed the sub structures.

Also the three chimneys are done. They are not yet glued in place, I'm hoping to keep at least part of the roofs removeable.

And the foundation and back porch are done.

The steps for the front and back porches are also pretty much done. Waiting for paint to dry.

                        • Thanks, Dave! Yeah, I only need a hundred thousand million and 634 shingles. Give or take. I'm not looking forward to that.

                          • For a very complex structure you have done a superb job so far. I like all aspects of it.

                            • Thank you very much, Rich!

This is certainly a challenge. But I guess that's what I thrive on.
