Hi , I am James and I just introduced myself on the new guy page. I wanted to share some rough ideas, mockups, and trackplan of my proto freelance shelf switcher. I am using NCE and with a single or tandem unit doing the chores. Its based on the CP in Ontario with 2 locations modeled, Streetsville ADM mill and RailTerm systems warehouse/transload in Meadowvalle. Both locations have the same number of car spots and I am going to represent the Ardent elevator as well. It's too big to model in my space. Forgive the quality of the photos I will do better as I have more progress. Took a long while of standing with trackplans and moving track and cars around to get what I think works. A big thanks to Bob Chant and his great switching plans, his work got me going again!
