Got the bolsters, needlebeams, train line and blocks for the coupler boxes in place, so now it's time to work on the top side of this car.

    • Not much to say at this point but it looks neat and clean, Martin.

      • Okay, Mike

Started roughing out one of the sides and have the blanks cut out for the other side and the ends. Got a happy bit of leftover oak to use for a cutting backstop, too!

Thanks, Mike! Getting back into my MoW building gearing has revived some of the "fun" factor for me!

            • Windows and sides assembled.......now to get the ends and doors done.

              • Looking more interesting with each step. I'm intrigued by what the final appearance will be.

                    • Another interesting project you've got going on. Are those a kind of bay window that I'm looking at? I like them!

                      • Martin,

Excellent . A smoothly-working door hinges on careful planning and execution.
