Good morning crew on a cool(er) overcast one here in N.E. Indiana. We're heading South in a few minutes to spend the day in Indy. So I've got the coffee urn ready, and a egg and ham casserole in the oven. The juicebar is loaded as well.

I did make it out to the shop last night and worked on the upcoming clinic. Also did a little touch-up painting on a car that needed the grabs redone.

I'm outta here. Have a Super day!

Good morning, Jim and crew. We're going to be int eh 90's in Tidewater Virginia. I guess an early bike ride is the first on the agenda before I start my errands. Off to the club tonight to do some scenery work.

    Have a good day.

Good morning Jim, George and the rest of the crew. It is 65 degrees, cloudy and very muggy here in the Jersey Highlands. We should see the sun later today.

Some errands this morning, a dentist appointment later this afternoon, and some packing in between. Exciting times.

      Have a great day!

Good morning Crew from So.Wisconsin where it’s cool at 61f degrees and the monsoons begin again soon. 90% in about 5 minutes. We know the weather folks are rarely wrong...

Thanks for opening Jim, good breakfast and have a safe trip to that big city. Happy summer, change your furnace and air conditioners filters. I will also text my son, sister and son in law the same message. Many years ago I went without changing my filters, it became a costly lesson.

I am wiring the railroad, ( I was DeadRail) all the feeders were dropped and yesterday evening I added the bus line. Today I am borrowing a locomotive and NCE power cab to test as I go along from my LHS. I am using the suitcase connectors and will test after each feeder is attached, hopefully catching any issues. All this because I fell in love with the ProtoThrottle from ISE and need a DCC system to use it.

Hug your kids and grandkids extra

Sunny and calm this morning in Michigan with some thin high ‘fair weather’ clouds. A bit cool with temps forecast on last night’s forecast to go to 78 with single digit rain chances.

Spent a few hours working on backdrop yesterday. “Blob blob blob blob...” a few hours worth more to do. Taking a break from it today. I think the boss has road trip plans, not sure.

Everyone have a good day, Jim’s breakfast will be a good start.

Karl, do a blob, blob, blob, twist and you get a texture that resembles some ground undulations. I can’t tell you how many times I watched his videos before I did mine. The nice part, if you don’t like it, paint over it and start again.

                Good morning, everyone.

That throttle from ISE looks really interesting, Tom. I saw there was some interest in it on another area of the forum. Just keep plugging away on the wiring and it will be done before you know it.

I have a conference call regarding our NMRA regional convention, this evening. I hope we get an update on registration numbers, during the call.

In the meantime, I am back to doing a small area of trackwork. I am going to add the narrow gauge track for the mine. I bought a section of HOn30 track a while back. And, I have three N-scale Peco turnouts that need to be modified a little bit before installing everything. SO, this should keep me out of trouble for a while.

                Have a good one!

                  Mornin' All!

Beautiful day here in the northern mitten-- 68, headed for 78, sunny.... Life is Good. The high thin cirrus building in indicates damp in a couple of days, but on this longest day of the year , we have a great introduction to summer!

Did a little rail work yesterday, but spent most of the day with Admin. :yuck: It's good to see progress elsewhere, though!

Karl, keep on blobbing, take TomO's comments to heart, and blob on! Or maybe dab on, as the case may be. You're gonna get this looking good very quickly, and as Tom mentioned, it's paint, so if you need to revise, revise! Eventually, as bizarre as it sounds, the backdrop will begin to talk to you-- tell you what it needs in order to do what you want....

A friend of mine in Texas just gave a couple of Make-n-Take clinics on this at a convention. He used his grandkids as "subjects" for practice sessions to refine his teaching skills, and then sent me some pix of the kids at work and with the finished product. Excellent jobs! And if a five year-old and a seven year-old can do this, you certainly can!

So that's the news from Da Great White Frozen Nort,' dere, eh. Gotta get back to the admin.... :yuck:

Make it a great day, all, and stay safe!

                    Morning gang.

Been kinda busy lately so not here very often. Trying to make the house more presentable to potential buyers and still packing stuff.

Got the pool open and green stuff gone. Just need to get rid of the cloudy water now.

                    Weather has been decent.

Guess I'll have another cup of coffee.
