  • DCC Installers

I have made the decision to go with DCC on my new HO layout. However, my poor eyesight and lack of a steady hand makes me want to look for a reputable person to do the install of the decoders for me. I have two and three truck Shay, Climax, and Heisler engines by Bachman, MDC, and Rivarossi. Also a couple of diesels by Atlas/Kato. If anyone could suggest a trustworthy and experienced installer, I would greatly appreciate it. Dave

There are members that may want to take on this project for you. However, here is a Company that is just what you are looking for, and they are good with prices. Call Gary at Train Tek; http://www.traintekllc.com/about-us/

I believe Litchfield Station in the Phoenix area can help you, too.

If your looking for a more personal touch, SteamNut here on RRL also does installs and a variety of other services. He does work for a couple of local hobby shops, and has also done some work for some of the members here on RRL.

I have seen Tony's Trains doing a lot of DCC installs at a local train show.

              Tony's is online.

I have bought decoders from them some years ago when DCC came out.
