That's astonishing - so much detail, what a level of perfection. Place that in a diorama and one would be hard pressed to tell the difference between model and prototype.

Horton, F scale represents reality at a factor of 1:20.32. The somewhat queer ratio origins in the desire to represent 3 ft. narrow gauge trains on 45mm tracks, such as LGB, Bachmann, etc. You can memorize: 15mm represent one foot.
