Great work as usual, Bob. It must be good making your own parts. Keep it up.

Thanks Mike,
Here's the roof in place. A bit of sanding and cleaning up and it will be ready for the
paint shop. I have the decals printed and just to suggest that this is a thriving
business I have added the decal No.3.
Next step is off to make the running portion of this wagon.

Here's the front with the windshield frame. That slot is for the reins to come into the cab.
Here's the back. Remember I said there would be some small changes, this is one of those
areas. First I substituted a set of solid doors, eliminating the back windows. I have
not decided yet but I am thinking about making a smaller version of the side decal
and putting it across the back doors. I added the hinge pins and a small latch. It needs handles yet.

Bill and Carl, thanks for commenting.
Carl, it will change a lot with the addition of running gear and wheels but right now it is a
little over 9 feet long, almost 4 1/2 feet wide, and 5 1/2 feet high or 4 3/4, 2 1/4, and 2 3/4
inches respectively at 1/24 scale.

Nice.
What are the real world dimensions of the wagon at this point Bob?

Fred, Pete, and Mike, thanks for your comments.
Here's what it looks like so far,

That doesn’t look very easy with all the curved outlines. Good job!

Thanks for commenting Carl and Dave.
Here are the two sides glued up and that little eyebrow added over the circular windows.
They still need some cleaning up but I am looking forward to assembling the box.

Thanks Bob,
I repeated your steps in a Paint Program,
Used Paint to pull up the image on a larger than the sign canvas.
Created the text in wordpad and pasted the words into paint, moved into place and sized.
IT WORKED!! I appreciate the advise.
