    Large Speaker in a HO Bachmann 3 Truck Shay

    I got a 80Ton Shay awhile ago and needed to convert it from DC to DCC. I wanted big sound and tried to squeeze as much as I could into the Tender.

      That was a fabulous how-to install Marty. I had to chuckle where you kept saying "I hope I can put this together again". (That is always my thoughts exactly). I have mostly steamers, Climax, Heisler, & Shay locomotives that I put sound into and found your way to be very interesting. Some of mine were easy installs, because at the time Soundtraxx made drop in sound decoders for these types of locomotives.
