I really appreciate this article. The Ford truck kit comes with a large piece that I couldn't figure out what it is for.
It must be jig or something. Or maybe a wrong piece included in the kit.
Anyway, thanks.

What a great build thread. I have several of these Jordans, but certainly would like to see more (if there is more) of the jig that you built. Looks like there is more in the pictures you've provided. Is this Balsa that you're using, or pine, or ??

Thanks for the compliment Horton.
I took a new picture of both of my Jordan jigs. The original (bottom) jig is indeed a piece of scrap pine with about 9
different axle/wheel set-ups.
I also needed a jig for the horse and buggy and Brougham kits too, which is on a piece of thin balsa.
