    Black Bear Railtruck

    All, Having obtained a bachman railtruck from a members excess stash(Larry). I now want to personalize for my railroad.

    One of the things I want to do first is to add a couplker so I can tow a flatcar with maintense supplies. I already have a flatcar ready with regular couplers, so I want a kadee type couper for the railtruck. The question is have any of you done this and if so what did you do to occomplise this? Any and all info is appreciated. Thank you.

    Mark, I added couplers to one of my rail trucks. I do not recall it being a challenge. I can not get into my train room right now but can take a picture in a few days if no one else answers.

          I can't help either but I'll be watching as I have two of these trucks I might, no, I will modify at some point in time.

            For something unique, might try making up a trailer or small wagon for the back of the truck. Something like this.

              Heath, I already have a flatcar detailed to pull behind the railtruck. I'll dig around for it and post a pic when I can.
