Scott that's a very interesting idea.

Right now the plan has been to keep it simple and have the side dump cars empty near where the truck is shown.

Then have a conveyer loader lift the ore into an empty rail car.

Your idea could easily be a future expansion.

    Rick,

This idea came to me. I'm not sure if it will fit. I thought maybe you can push up some dump cars.

Maybe have a wheeled conveyor put the ore in the back of a dump truck?

I like you're out of the box thinking but I don't think that will work.

    Maybe a dynamite shack.

    Thanks Rich.

Probably won't add any other structures.

If I did it would have to be real small and I don't know what other building would be needed for this little mining scene.

if someone has a suggestion I'm all ears.

Rick great job on the scenery!!! Looks quite natural; I especially like the "pink" boulder at the base of the hill. Nice job.

Bob, Scott, Frank, Mike, Mike, George and Jerry, thank you for looking in and the nice comments.

    Frank, better late than never.

    Dirt is baseball infield dirt.

Ballast and rocks are from the same.

Thought I would get more done today but it won't happen.
