        • Well folks it's spring here at the Wombat Limestone Company, with the Wattle in full bloom it seemed like a good time of year to

          take some photo's!

I also have some photo's of the Fordson logging train with a load of pulp wood and cut timber, see below

                  • There is still time to get a small layout running. So far I count three operating cork boards railroads.

                    • I picked up two more cork boards that were a full 2x3 feet. I will be making two more railroads that join together into a 2x6 foot traveling railroad.

I started on this board 4 1/2 hours ago.

Switches on the right are #3 wye turn outs and the switch on the left is a #4.

I hope to finish this board tonight.

                              • Thanks Jeff Andy and Lynn,

I finished the track work and electric one of the new cork boards that will become one half of a traveling layout.

Sorry about the crummy phone pictures. The 10" curves and all switches will accept a Bachmann Heisler pushing or pulling 18 foot cars.

Okay I know joining two boards together is bending the rules but I thought you might be interested and if the third wye was not added this would be an inglenook layout and would work in the space.
