    Nice build Greg! I put mine together before Xmas to use as a car load. I have to admit that I was a bit confused when assembling it but I used some wood shims instead of the springs. So no need for the parts. I painted mine white and it didn't come out as good as yours. Nice trick with the markers! Must try that.

      Good to read that you were still able to use the delivery wagon as such, Hakan.

      Sorry about that! I feel that I owe you one now.

      Would love to see what you did with your kit,as a car load,Hakan.

      The use of markers works better with some colours, than others.

      The red,brown & black worked really well I thought.

      The green not so much,it's to translucent looking I think.

      I think I will paint my next delivery wagon to compare the looks of each method,side by side.

        Hi everyone,okay here's the painted version of this delivery wagon.

        I still used the brown marker for the interior & undersides & front seat of this wagon.Everything else was painted on this version.



        I like this newest version that combines paint & markers the best.

        Here are both versions together, for you to decide,which one you think looks better.



        In the end,I've learned that markers can be great for some finishes,but not all marker colours cover as good as paint does.

        I hope you all enjoyed this little wagon ride of learning!

                Chester,I will improve that first one,by painting over top of the green marker.

                  Hi All, I promised Greg to show my version of the wagon. I wanted it to be as delivered and brand new from the carriage factory without lettering but it came out a little to white and plain so I'm thinking of going over it again with washes to "tone" it down.

                    Hi Hakan,thanks for including your delivery wagon into this thread.

                    I really like the foot board you added to your wagon.And I don't think your paint looks to white,it is after all a new wagon being delivered.

                          Greg,

                          Nice job on the wagons. I'm all over the second one, with the darker color. Nice job on both, and nice job on leveling things out. I think adding Hakan's front kick board would be a good improvement to both, but then I'm a 'burbs kid and not a farm boy, so what do I know?

                          Frank's version works for me, too.

                            Great looking wagon. You might want to paint the tires on the wheels silver as they were bare metal.
