  • It is almost brunch time

Good late morning crew. It is a beautiful warm day here in southern Ontario. For breakfast/brunch we have omelets, bacon, sausage, waffles and bowls of just picked "Red Haven" peaches[^].

Last night I worked on my HO layout. Fixed a Peco turnout that is the most difficult place to reach. Turned on the layout. Dead short the DCC died. Fixed a couple of things, then tried again and had a random short :erm: :erm: . Turns out my Atlas Trainmaster with sound has the random short. So I have to sort that out. Then I tried another steam loco with DCC - it is dead. :erm: . Put my tried and true Mehano berkshire on and it ran and ran.[^]. Gee isn't DCC fun some of the time? Have a great day.

Good morning, Chuck and crew. I just finished a bike ride and after a shower I have a couple errands to run. This afternoon I need to start packing for a trip we're taking out to Vancouver, BC on Thursday.

Chuck, it sounds like you let Murphy pick the location for that Peco turnout.

    Have a good day.

Morning Chuck, George and the rest of the RR-L Crew. Going to be even hotter here in Indiana today. Maybe 95 so I want something COOL to eat.

We have seen a tidal wave of orders lately so I'm scrambling to get them out the door plus try and get the new Nick's Flop House kit ready to release. Always something for this old man to do.

Everyone have a Fun and Safe day in the HOT Rail Yard today.

We were out and about all morning, but I will now put on my paint clothes and get back to painting the trim. I am now in the final state, with the top coat of paint.

It looks like we have the cool place to live this summer. It is 77 degrees out right now and we might reach 80 degrees if we are 'lucky'.

          Have a great day!

We had rain for much of the day but now the sun is out and it has climbed through 86 degrees at 4:30, it's humid.

Took the Doll to town today and while she did some genealogy I saw a couple of Eastward bound CN trains pass through.

Now at home we're chilling out and thinking about dinner before too long, I hope.

            Everyone have a good day.
