      • Thanks Guys,

Here you can see the floor. I found a natural wood flooring online. I printed it on photo paper and glued it in place. I also placed a couple shelve in to see how it may look..

        • As with any resin part I washed them thoroughly

with a degreaser dish soap, dried them and primed with a spray primer. I then painted the with acrylic paint. I then installed them into the store. I did cut one shelf down so it would fit the wall better.

I went online and found a company that sells antique can and packaging labels. They take very nice pictures of the labels and post them online to show the items they have for sale. I downloaded a bunch and resized them and made labels for my can goods. My cans are made from dowels. The cans i made are just a little big or just maybe family size. The next size smaller dowel looked to small for me.

I did come across some packages that i did not make and they are on the top 2 shelves. They are from a doll house supplier that i bought a while back. I am still trying to get the shelves fully stocked so the store can open...

          • The cans look terrific. I'll bet that took some time but knowing you, you have an app for that!

            • Ty,

Looking real good. If you run out of labels I have plenty.

              Cheers,

                • Thanks Guys,

It does take a while to make these parts.

Last week I needed some different type bottles.

So i went to my mini lathe. I took Dowels and created for types of bottles and a paint can.

I harden the dowel with ca glue to make it easier to turn down without splintering. I also coat the finished piece ca while turning and rub it off with a smooth cloth to smooth it out.

                    • Ty,

Those look really good. Now you have to get busy and cast a bunch of each in resin.
