I finally can't hold back, I am not sure what is going on with the various connections you all use, I have never had the problems you are presenting here. With the older soundtraxx (yellow and white shrink wrap) my zephyer worked just fine, when the tsunamis came out and I set up my Decoder Pro with the PT100 I could read and setup any decoder thrown at it, even when I didn't have the correct profile (the new sound modules). So I don't know what to say when there seems to be a multitude of problems....usually its the person in the cockpit..me.

Les, Larry, Verne and the gang:

Playing around I discovered in Decoder Pro 3:

      - Select new loco

      - select "Throttle-Up (SoundTraxx)

      - select "Open Programmer" lower right hand corner of screen

Programming mode changes to "Direct Byte"

You can now set your CV's from here.

Reading all this reminds me of why I switched out my Digitrax for NCE. I had an impossible time with Bachmann units. Good now though.
