  • Excellent reference pictures Larry.

Thanks for taking the time to do all this.

Been having fun finding the stick in the pictures.

    Good idea about the magnets.

You didn't put magnets on Gomez did you?

    • No Rick I would have to stick Gomez on with ACC

      Matt and Andy,

Some pictures of the road and rail bridge. They are about 50 feet long.

        • Larry, that stick is a clever idea. Thanks for all the great pictures.

                  • Jcoz, Frank and Les:

                    You are very welcome.

I think the Bridge may be the first thing I try to build and also some car sides to try to cast.

I hope to start soon. I am going to take a couple of the pictures and scale them down to the correct size for 1/48 and then create a pdf file. I will let anyone serious about building have a copy of the pdf file.

                    • Hi Guys,

I finally got my PC back. On it I have a plan for an 8 ton Plymouth. I don't know if this plan will be useful to anyone as the PBC Plymouths were 10 ton but here it is.

The basic design is the same so maybe by adjusting dimension someone would be able to make it correct for a 10 ton. Someone better at plan then I am will have to try it.

I would be interested in any PDF's you might create.

                          • Bill,

I think this is close to the plan for number 2.

                            • One of Tom Yorke's early kits was a model based on the bridge. Two Atlas HO orange or yellow brdge girders -- they were a 98 cent flat car load-- and cast abutments. Recomended Plastruct I beams for ties.

                              • Thanks Bill! I just placed an order for the I beams. I have Grandt line tie plates I think may work. I think I need to build a jig for this build.
